Income-tax forms may be obtained at some of the branch libraries in the Fort Bend County library system during regular library hours. Due to recent cuts in IRS funding, the libraries’ supply of tax forms and instruction sheets is very limited. Please call to check availability. If the forms or instructions you need are not available in the library, you may:
• Download them at irs.gov/Forms-&-Pubs, then print
them out
• Order them to be delivered by mail at irs.gov/orderforms
• Order them to be delivered by mail by calling

Although library staff cannot assist with filling out forms, we are happy to help with the downloading and/or printing process. The cost to print is 10¢ per page.
